Your User Account
1. Single Account
You are permitted to maintain only one user account on the Platform, including any Inactive Account. If you attempt to create multiple accounts, any and all accounts you have created or tried to create may be cancelled or suspended, and the consequences outlined in clause 23 may be applied.
2. Registration
When registering for a user account, you will be required to provide the following information:

d. Permanent address.
3. Accuracy
You must ensure that your registration details are accurate and up to date at all times. All personal information you provide, along with any future updates, must match the details on your government-issued identification.
4. Security and Responsibility for Your user account
4.1. You are fully responsible for all actions taken through your user account, regardless of whether you personally performed those actions.
4.2. It is your sole responsibility to ensure the security of your user account login details and any Payment Methods. These details should be accessible only by you. You must not share your user account or password with anyone, allow others to access or use your user account, or do anything that could compromise the security of your account. You bear full responsibility for any unauthorized use of your user account, including any activity by a minor, which is strictly prohibited.
4.3. Dollar Mills is not liable for any misuse or abuse of your user account by third parties resulting from your disclosure of login details, whether that disclosure was intentional or accidental, active or passive.
4.4. If you become aware of or suspect that the security of your user account has been compromised—such as through the loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your password or account details—you must notify us immediately.
4.5. You acknowledge that your user account may be terminated if it is used by someone else or if any activity on the account violates these Terms and Conditions or is otherwise illegal.
5. Discretion to Refuse or Close Accounts
Dollar Mills reserves the right to limit, suspend, close, or refuse to open a user account at its sole discretion.
User Representations
1. Warranties
1.1. You agree not to violate or attempt to violate any law, statute, or ordinance, nor infringe upon Dollar Mills’s or any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights, including rights of publicity or privacy.
1.2. You must not provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information when using the Platform, in your communications with Dollar Mills, or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
1.3. You must refrain from engaging in any potentially fraudulent or suspicious activities and transactions.
1.4. You declare and warrant that:
a. WHEN PARTICIPATING IN STANDARD OR PROMOTIONAL PLAY, YOU DO NOT RESIDE IN, OR ACCESS THE PLATFORM FROM, THE EXCLUDED TERRITORIES;
b. You are at least 18 years of age, or older if required by the jurisdiction of your residence, and are legally permitted to participate in the games offered on the platform;
c. The cryptocurrency you use to purchase Gold Coins is not connected to any illegal activity or source and does not originate from illicit means;
d. You will only purchase Gold Coins using a personal wallet registered in your name, not from a business or corporate account;
e. When purchasing Gold Coins, you will only use a valid payment method that legally belongs to you;
f. You will use our platform solely for personal, recreational, and entertainment purposes, and you will participate in the games on your own behalf and not on behalf of anyone else;
g. All information you provide to us during the term of these Terms and Conditions is accurate, complete, and up-to-date, and you will promptly notify us of any changes to that information;
h. You will not engage in any fraudulent, collusive, fixed, or otherwise unlawful activities related to your or third parties’ participation in any of the games, and you will not use any software-assisted methods or techniques (including but not limited to bots designed to play automatically) or hardware devices for your participation in any of the games. We reserve the right to invalidate any participation if such behavior is detected.
1.5. You confirm that your access to and use of the Platform and/or the Games, as well as your adherence to and fulfillment of these Terms and Conditions, will not violate any applicable laws, rules, regulations, court orders, decrees, judgments, arbitration awards, or the directives of any governmental or regulatory authority in any jurisdiction.
1.6. Acceptance
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that your participation is entirely at your own discretion and risk. You agree that you will not make any claims against us, our partners, or our respective directors, officers, employees, or contractors in connection with your use of the Platform or the Games.
Gold Coins
1. Gold Coins
1.1. You may earn additional Gold Coins through Standard Play, and you can also purchase more Gold Coins on the Platform. However, you cannot win prizes while participating in Standard Play.
1.2. Gold Coins have no monetary value and are solely for use in playing Standard Games. GOLD COINS ARE FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY AND CANNOT BE REDEEMED FOR ANY VALUE WHATSOEVER.
2. Gold Coin Purchases
2.1. When you purchase Gold Coins, you are buying a license that permits you to participate in Standard Play Games; it is not a deposit of funds that can be withdrawn. The funds used to purchase Gold Coins are non-refundable, and Gold Coins do not hold any real money value.
2.2. The Payment Methods you use to purchase Gold Coins must be legally and beneficially owned by you and registered in your name.
2.3. If any of your purchases are returned, reversed, or charged back, your account will be suspended. In such cases, the amount of the purchase will be considered a debt you owe to us, and you must promptly remit payment for the purchase using an alternative payment method. Until we or our Payment Administration Agent receive the payment, your account will remain suspended, any purchases will be voided, and you will not be permitted to redeem any Sweep Coins.
Sweep Coins
1. Sweep Coins
1.1. Promotional Sweep Coins can be used to play promotional games within Dollar Mills. Sweep Coins are exclusively for playing promotional games and cannot be used for any other purpose.
1.2. Sweep Coins cannot be purchased. They can only be obtained through free, promotional offers.
2. How to Receive Sweep Coins
2.1. Occasionally, you may receive promotional Sweep Coins as a bonus when purchasing Gold Coins. Sweep Coins may be awarded as a bonus with certain packs of Gold Coins. The number of Sweep Coins given as a bonus for each qualifying Gold Coin purchase will be displayed on the website at the time of purchase. All Gold Coin purchases are final and non-refundable.
2.2. Using any automated systems or other methods to acquire Sweep Coins or participate in the games is prohibited and will lead to disqualification and loss of eligibility.
2.3. For additional details on obtaining Sweep Coins for free, please refer to the website or app.
3. Sweep Coins Balance
3.1. The balance of Sweep Coins you have will be displayed in your user account on the website.
3.2. Dollar Mills reserves the right to modify the amount of Sweep Coins allocated to participants at its discretion.
Games Coins
1. Rules
1.1. To participate in any Standard or Promotional Play, you must have an active user account and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1.2. You can only participate in a game if you have enough Gold Coins or Sweep Coins (as applicable) in your user account.

1.4. Gold Coins or Sweep Coins that are used for play and accepted cannot be altered or canceled. The applicable coins will be immediately deducted from your balance.

2.1. Standard Play can only be conducted using Gold Coins.
2.2. In Standard Play, you can only win Gold Coins.
2.3. You cannot win money or any other types of prizes through Standard Play.
3. Promotional Play / Sweepstakes
3.1. Promotional Play / Sweepstakes can only be played with Sweep Coins.
3.2. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that the Sweepstakes is legal and complies with all regulations in their jurisdiction.
3.3. Only games played with Sweep Coins offer the chance to win prizes. The prize available for a game will be displayed on the Platform when you click the “Redeem” button.
3.4. Decisions made by Dollar Mills regarding the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes, the game, and the amount of winnings are final and binding.
Promotions Coins
1. All promotions, including those involving Promotional Play, contests, and other offers, are governed by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional terms that may be specified at the time of the promotion.
2. In case of any discrepancy between these Terms and Conditions and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence.
3. Dollar Mills reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotions without prior notice.
4. If Dollar Mills reasonably believes that a Registered Customer is misusing a promotion to gain an unfair advantage, including through fraudulent conduct, we may, at our sole discretion, withhold, deny, or cancel any advantage, bonus, or prize.
Prize Redemption
1. Prizes
1.1. Only prizes can be obtained through Promotion Play / Sweepstakes. Standard play does not offer prizes.
1.2. Prizes can only be redeemed using Sweep Coins.
1.3. Participants must use their Sweep Coins in the games before they are eligible to redeem them for prizes.
1.4. Dollar Mills may alter the Prize win rates and odds of any Sweepstakes at any time. Participants should verify the Prize win rate each time before participating.
2. Prize Redemption Methods
The prizes available for redemption with Sweep Coins will be listed on the website and may be updated periodically at Dollar Mills’s discretion.

3. Limits and Fees
Dollar Mills may impose fees for processing Prize redemptions and establish a minimum threshold for redeeming Prizes.
4. Redeeming for Merchandise
4.1. Merchandise redeemed with Sweep Coins will be sent to the address provided at account registration.
4.2. Dollar Mills is not responsible for errors or invalid addresses you provide.
4.3. If you do not receive the merchandise due to an address error on your part, Dollar Mills will not be liable for non-delivery.
5. Redeeming for Crypto Currency
5.1. To redeem Sweep Coins for crypto currency, go to your “Wallet” account, select “Redeem,” and choose the desired crypto currency.
5.2. It is your responsibility to ensure that your crypto wallet can receive crypto currency. Dollar Mills is not required to verify wallet compatibility.
5.3. Sweep Coins are redeemable at a rate of 1 Sweep Coin per 1 USD. The amount of crypto currency you receive will be based on the market price in USD at the time of redemption.
5.4. In Florida, the maximum value of Sweep Coins that can be redeemed for any single game or play is US$5,000. Redemptions exceeding this amount will not be processed.
6. Timing and Frequency for Prize Redemptions
6.1. Prize redemption requests will be processed in the order received, with the aim of handling them as promptly as possible.
6.2. Only one Prize redemption request per user account will be processed within any 24-hour period.
6.3. Delays may occur due to identity verification processes and additional verification requirements for certain Payment Mediums.
6.4. While customers can request prize redemptions of any amount, Dollar Mills reserves the right to distribute prizes in smaller increments over multiple days if needed.
7. Refused Prizes & Mistaken Credits
If your user account is mistakenly credited with Prizes not intended for you, whether due to technical or human error, the credited amount remains Dollar Mills property and will be deducted from your account. If you receive crypto currency or gift cards not meant for you before we identify the error, the mistakenly provided amount will constitute a debt owed to us, subject to other legal remedies.
Ownership and Rights
1. You acknowledge that Dollar Mills is the proprietor or authorized licensee of all intellectual property in relation to any content.
2. The computer software, the computer graphics, the Platform, and the user interface that we make available to you are owned by, or licensed to, Dollar Mills or its associates and are protected by copyright laws. You may only use the software for your own personal, recreational purposes in accordance with all rules, terms, and conditions we have established (including these Terms and Conditions) and in accordance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
3. All trademarks and logos displayed in the Games and on the Platform are the property of their respective owners and are protected by applicable trademark and copyright laws.
4. You must not reproduce or modify the content in any way, including by removing any copyright or trademark notice.
Dispute Resolution and Agreement to Arbitrate

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you consent to resolve any disputes, claims, or causes of action between you and Dollar Mills related to these Terms and Conditions, their formation, validity, or scope, including this clause, your participation or access to the Platform, or any other dispute, through arbitration. This applies to disputes arising before or after your agreement to this clause (collectively, "Disputes").
3. Complaint Resolution
3.1. If you encounter any issues, you should contact us first. There is no need to use email; our customer service is available 24/7 to assist with any problems. If the issue remains unresolved, you may consider litigation or arbitration.
3.2. Dollar Mills will make reasonable efforts to contact you and resolve any claim informally before taking formal action.
4. Arbitration
4.1. Agreement to Arbitrate
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, both you and Dollar Mills agree to resolve any Disputes through final and binding arbitration.
4.2. Opt-out of Arbitration
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by contacting customer service within 30 days of accepting these Terms and Conditions. Your request must include your full name and a statement declining the arbitration clause. Opting out does not prevent you from using the platform, but you will not be able to invoke the arbitration agreement to resolve Disputes. It is important to make an informed decision. You are encouraged to conduct further research and consult legal counsel if desired.
5. Arbitration Procedures and Fees
5.1. You and Dollar Mills agree with the following:

The American Arbitration Association (AAA) will administer the arbitration under its Commercial Arbitration Rules and Supplementary Procedures for Consumer Related Disputes, or successor rules, in effect at the time arbitration is initiated (the AAA Rules). 5.1.2. Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis.
5.1.3. A sole arbitrator will handle the arbitration in accordance with the AAA Rules.
5.1.4. The AAA Rules will govern the payment of all arbitration fees.
6. Individual Arbitration
6.1. Arbitration will proceed on an individual basis. Neither you nor Dollar Mills may bring claims as part of a collective action.
6.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, whether the dispute is resolved through arbitration or in court (if you have opted out of arbitration), neither you nor Dollar Mills can consolidate, join, or coordinate disputes with other individuals or entities, or participate in any collective arbitration or litigation, including as a class representative or in a private attorney general capacity. All such rights are expressly and unconditionally waived.

1.1. You acknowledge and agree that Dollar Mills is not responsible for any Third Party Websites and makes no guarantee as to the content, functionality, or accuracy of any Third Party Website. Any Third Party Websites purporting to offer Gold Coins or Sweep Coins are not authorized to do so. You agree that Dollar Mills is not responsible for any actions you take at the request or direction of these or any other Third Party Websites.

2.1. Any links to Third Party Websites do not indicate a relationship between Dollar Mills and the third party. 2.2. Where a website controlled and operated by Dollar Mills contains links to certain social networking sites, such as Facebook and X, you acknowledge and agree that:
a. You will not post any comments that are false, misleading, deceptive, or defamatory to us, our employees, agents, officers, or other customers; and
b. Any comments or content that you post on such social networking sites are subject to the terms and conditions of that particular social networking site;
c. We are not responsible or liable for any comments or content that you or others post on social networking sites.
Service Interruptions and Updates
1. Malfunctions
1.1. Dollar Mills is not responsible for any downtime, server disruptions, lag, or any technical or political issues affecting gameplay, nor for attempts to participate through unauthorized methods. If a game starts but fails to finish due to system failure, Dollar Mills will make reasonable efforts to credit the amount of Gold Coins or Sweep Coins used in the game to your user account. 1.2. Dollar Mills is not liable for any damages or losses related to the Platform or its Content, including but not limited to operational delays, transmission interruptions, data loss or corruption, communication failures, misuse of the Platform, or errors and omissions in Content. 1.3. Dollar Mills reserves the right to adjust Customer balances and account details to correct any errors.
2. Change
Dollar Mills has the right to suspend, modify, remove, or add Content to the Platform at its discretion, effective immediately and without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from these changes or for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform (including any Games) and you will have no claims against Dollar Mills in this regard.
3. Service Suspension
We may temporarily suspend the Platform, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion. We may provide notice of such suspension if feasible but are not obligated to do so. The Platform will be restored as soon as reasonably possible following any temporary suspension.
Deactivation and Suspension of User Accounts
1. Account Suspension or Deactivation
1.1. Dollar Mills reserves the exclusive right to deactivate or suspend your user account if we believe you have engaged in or are likely to engage in:
a. Violations of these Terms and Conditions or assisting others in such violations;

c. Possessing more than one user account, including any inactive account, on any platform;
d. Discrepancies between the name on your account and the name on your Payment Medium used for Gold Coins purchases or the redemption account, or not legally owning such Payment Medium or redemption account;
e. Employment of systems (including machines, computers, software, or automated tools like bots) to gain an unfair advantage;
f. Provision of incorrect or misleading information;
g. Status of your account as an Inactive Account;
h. Failure to verify your identity, source of wealth, or source of funds (if requested);
i. Allowing others to use your user account;
j. Being under the age of 18 or not meeting the minimum legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
2. Liability for Claims
If your account is deactivated or suspended for any of the reasons stated above, you will be responsible for any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses incurred by Dollar Mills, and you agree to indemnify and hold Dollar Mills harmless from such claims.
3. Additional Rights
The rights described in this section are in addition to any other rights Dollar Mills may have under these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws.
4. Account Closure Due to Platform Shutdown
If your user account is deactivated due to the closure of the platform or a similar event, we will make reasonable efforts to facilitate the redemption of any existing prizes. However, all rights to use, enjoy, or benefit from Gold Coins and Sweep Coins will be terminated.

Other
If any provision of these Terms of Use does not comply with the requirements of the relevant authority or applicable law, that provision will automatically become void and will be corrected as soon as possible, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions. The final interpretation of these Terms of Use is reserved by Dollar Mills.
